Payment Methods

You can pay online via the PayPal secure online payment system or alternatively you can pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to "The Little Giraffe" and send to The Little Giraffe, 1 Stowfields, Downham Market PE38 9UX. Goods will be released, as soon as reasonably practical, after payment clears. Please put your name and address on the reverse of the cheque for reference purposes.

UK Postage

Postage and packaging is FREE on all UK Mainland orders. We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days (often sooner). However, some items may be temporarily out of stock so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will inform you promptly if any delays over 5 working days are anticipated.

Overseas Customers

Overseas customers are requested to contact The Little Giraffe before placing their order. The Little Giraffe does not take responsibility for customs or import duties once your order reaches your country.

Returns

If, when your goods arrive, they are not what you expected please advise us in writing of your intention to return them within 48 hours. Please return them within 7 days unused, in the original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition and we will be happy to exchange them or offer a refund. We are sorry but P&P costs cannot be refunded.

If the items are damaged and/or faulty on arrival we will either provide a full refund or replace the damaged items on a like for like basis. Please contact us within 48 hours to notify us of the damage.

For all returns please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office as refunds will only be given once the goods have been received by us.

Returns should be sent to the Returns Dept, The Little Giraffe, The Old Bakehouse, The Hill, Fincham, Norfolk, PE33 9EW.

We do not disclose your information to third parties. We will use your information only for the purposes of providing our services to you and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
